"Hair Care in MONSOON SEASON-DIY"
Taking care of your hair during the monsoon season is essential because the increased humidity and dampness can lead to various hair-related issues like frizz, dandruff, and hair fall.
As we can’t stop rain but we can tell you tips and tricks which will control your frizz in monsoon season and will give you very good hair growth, will restrict hair fall and you will be able to enjoy your hair.
1. Hair Oiling :- You have to oil very well, same oil for long time period. If you are not using any oil we will request you to apply lukewarm coconut oil. If you keep messaging your scalp regularly , then a protective coating of coconut oil is placed on your scalp. Due to which you can combat with the problems of dandruff, harfall and dryness.
Apply this oil twice a week.

Head wash:- If your scalp is oily then do shampoo it more frequently and use herbal
shampoo. One of the herbal shampoo which works amazing is satreetha herbalshampoo. Mix 2 drops of Rosemary essential oil (add link) in your shampoo then shampoo your hair. It will
give you amazing result.
3. Conditioner:- Don’t ever apply market based chemical conditioners but if at all you are not comfortable without conditioner then do apply it but apply it thoughtfully. One option for conditioner here which I use is :-
Take 1 tablespoon of white rice wash it well.
Then soak those rice in one glass water leave it for 2-3 hours.
Rinse your hair with this after shampoo.

Hair dry:- Use Micro fiber towel to dry your
hair. Let you hair air dry , it's best to avoid excessive heat , as your hair
is already prone to frizz and damage. If you are such who use heat, then invest
in good heat protectant.
5. DIY Leave in conditioner:- To add shine to your hair make this leave in conditioner it will give another level shine to your hair.
Take two tablespoons of Alovera gel.
Add 2 table spoon of rose water.
Add 2 teaspoons of Argan oil.
Apply this on your damp hair.
It will give beautiful
shine to your hair.
6.
Eat a balanced diet: A well-balanced diet rich
in vitamins and minerals is essential for healthy hair. Include plenty of
fruits, vegetables, and protein sources in your meals.
